Returns & Refunds

At Komma, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kommacph.dk – we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Items must:

• Be in original condition with all tags and labels attached

• Be tried on as you would in a physical store

• Not be worn, washed, or have any odors or damage

If the returned item does not meet these requirements, we may deduct an amount from your refund to cover any loss in value.

Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
